Based in the Greater Toronto Area, Glide supports clients across Canada and international markets.
Jason brings more than 20 years of experience spanning engineering, program management, business development, sales leadership, new product introduction, and customer-facing program execution. His career has included leadership roles with aerospace and defence manufacturers, suppliers, and service organizations across Canada, the United States, and international markets.
He has led complex aerospace and defence programs, supported competitive bids and proposals, developed new customer relationships, helped launch and recover challenging programs, and built growth strategies across commercial aerospace, defence, aviation services, and transportation.
His technical background includes systems engineering, electrical integration, aircraft wiring and interconnect systems, naval helicopter handling systems, undersea warfare systems, condition monitoring, manufacturing operations, and supplier performance. He has supported major commercial and military aerospace platforms as well as naval programs involving helicopter handling, shipboard integration, and towed-array sonar systems.
His experience includes work supporting programs such as the F-35 Lightning II, Airbus A350 and A380, Bombardier Global and Challenger families, De Havilland aircraft, and maritime defence systems for Canadian, U.S., European and UK customers.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering degree and is both a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His combination of technical, program, and commercial experience allows him to work effectively across engineering, operations, executive leadership, and customer organizations.
A lifelong aviation enthusiast and licensed Canadian Private Pilot, Jason founded Glide Aerospace to help companies solve difficult problems, pursue worthwhile opportunities, and translate strong technical capability into business results.
